Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-II, Barratt Impulsivity Scale Short Form, and personal information form were used as data collection tools. Descriptive statistics with participants, Pearson correlation analysis, and simple linear regression analysis were used in the analysis of the data. According to the results of the regression analysis were examined, it was found that impulsivity was a significant predictor of psychological inflexibility (p<.001, R=.43, R2=.19, β=.43).
